The Development:
Surrounded by vineyards close to Patrimonio village and close to the Mediterranean sea, the tourist residence La Casa D’Orinaju offers 1 to 4 bedroom apartments with terraces and comes with a large swimming pool. It comprises a reception area and a function room. The residence consists of several little blocks of tastefully decorated and furnished apartments.

The Location:
The residence is located very close to Patrimonio, a lovely Corsican village of the north of the island. Patrimonio is well known for the quality of its AOC (quality-controlled designation of origin) wines and for its celebrated guitar-nights, an annual festival renowned throughout the world and hosting a wide range of famous performers. It is located 2 minutes from Saint Florent, a fishing port at the bottom of the gulf of the same name. Saint Florent is a popular summer vacation spot for its beach Saleccia, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean Coast, and for its Golf course too. Patrimonio is also only 35 minutes from Bastia its airport. Bastia is the second largest city of Corsica, the main port and commercial town of the island. The Ostriconi and the desert of Agriates are also close by. Nestled between the mountains and the sea , the beach is popular with Corsicans simply because of its isolation. The desert of Agriates is an arid landscape with low chalky mountains and scrublands that is every spring covered by a carpet of flowers.

The Management Company:
The company exclusively managing this residence is listed on the French stock market and has been operating in the tourism industry in France, Corsica, Italy, Spain and Croatia since 1998.
It is the 2nd largest company on the vacation market in France, offering 92,000 beds among 280 residences, welcoming 1.9 million holiday makers each year, for a turnover of €142M in 2009. The management company was structured around three vocations: operation, marketing and administration of property, assuring the most complete mastery of the facilities it operates and the guarantee of providing the best professional services to its customers.

With water temperatures suitable for bathing between May (19°C) and October (20°C), and reaching 24°C in July and August, Corsica is the dream setting for practicing all kinds of water sports: sea kayaking, funboarding, competitive and liveaboard sailing, water skiing, diving, surfing and jet skiing.

Food – Local specialities:
Corsica's gastronomy is all about generous servings of authentic and local cuisine. The fish and seafood will delight your taste buds as much as the many delicious pork specialties such as Coppa (dried sirloin) or Figatellu (liver sausage).
