The development:
Le Domaine de Fontbelle consists of an enclosed and secured residence, comprised of 13 houses and 34 apartments forming a harmonious ensemble. Local food and gastronomy:
Poultry, foie gras, lamb, garlic, olive oil, Dutch gin pate, saucisson de Vallabregue, potted meat, venison pate, bull salami, cod brandade. Camargue area rice. The reputed Gard asparagus. The Gardiane: beef or bull meat cooked and soaked in wine. The Tavel: dry rose wine. From the Rhone to the Camargue area, the region enables fruit growing including Remoulins cherries, peaches, nectarines, apricots, almonds, apples and grapes.
The Perail is a traditional, unpasteurized, natural-rind cheese made from sheep's milk.
The Pelardon des Cevennes is a seasonal goat’s milk cheese.

By car: accessible by the A9/E15/E80 and N113.

By train: by Eurostar it only takes two and a half hour from London to get to Paris. There are regular TGV from Paris to Nimes and Montpellier.
