Role/Responsibilities:
Working as an integral part of a highly motivated team and reporting to the director, you will be responsible for advising clients on property choice, and brokering the process through to successful sales completion. Based in the very heart of London, you will provide a professional and knowledgeable service to clients buying holiday, investment and permanent homes in the UK’s premier overseas market, France. The Person:
You will be a professional, customer focused individual with a exemplary commercial and sales experience. You should ideally be from a property background. You should be a talented, driven individual, capable of working to high standards and exceeding targets.

Previous property experience

French/English speaking administrator
Role/Responsibilities:
Working as an integral part of a highly motivated team, you will be dealing with property developers all over France. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating a website with a large volume of traffic, translating property advents, entering data accurately and performing administrative duties.
The Person:
You will be fluent in French and English, computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Adobe Photoshop and highly organised. You will be able to work both quickly and accurately and have a good eye for detail. You will be a team player. |
